SPOOKTACULAR YARD CONTEST JUDGING - WEEKEND OF OCTOBER 24TH
Dig your Halloween decorations out of storage. It’s time to crank up your Halloween creativity and enter the Barrington Place HOA Spooktacular Yard Contest. You could snag a $25.00 gift card prize and be crowned the bone-chilling champ! We will be selecting a few yards with the best or spookiest decorations and awarding them with a Halloween themed winner sign and a $25.00 gift card. Judging and selection of the winners be on the weekend of October 24th.

DECEMBER 2026 – CHRISTMAS DECORATING CONTEST
Our Annual Christmas Decorating Contest is just around the corner! Get creative, deck the halls, and make your home sparkle, because our judges will be cruising through the neighborhood December 11th–13th looking for the most festive displays. Five homes will be selected as our Christmas Decorating Contest Winners and will receive:

A $25 digital gift card
A festive Christmas Decorating Winner lawn sign to proudly display throughout the holiday season

Whether your home is glowing with twinkling lights, overflowing with colorful decorations, or filled with holiday magic, we want to see it!
 
Make sure your lights are ON December 11th–13th!

We can’t wait to see Barrington Place transformed into a holiday wonderland in December.


Community Garage Sale Guidelines

Garage Sales are a great way of cleaning house while making a little extra money for your family. However, Barrington Place HOA has established a few specific regulations for garage sales to ensure that they do not pose any problems or inconveniences for your neighbors:

The Barrington Place HOA documents allows three (3) garage sales per year.
Advertising your garage sale should be picked up promptly upon completion of your sale.  
All garage sales shall conform to any rules or regulations specified by the City of Sugar Land or Fort Bend County
